How do I make a reservation?

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival: No refund
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
During peak season (November through April), we have a two-night minimum stay requirement. During off-peak season, there is no minimum stay requirement.
Do you offer any special packages or promotions?

Yes, we have a main infinity pool overlooking the Sea of Cortez, and each cottage also features its own private plunge pool or bathtub.
Do you offer any activities or excursions?
We offer a variety of activities including surfing lessons, guided hikes, snorkeling, diving excursions, yoga classes, cooking classes, and cultural tours. Our concierge can arrange these activities for you.
Is there a fitness center?
Yes, we have a small but well-equipped fitness center. We also offer outdoor yoga and fitness classes.

How do I get to Nest Baja from the airport?
We are approximately 20 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). We can arrange airport transfers for an additional fee, or you can rent a car or take a taxi.
Do I need a car while staying at Nest Baja?
While not absolutely necessary, having a car gives you more flexibility to explore the surrounding areas. We do offer shuttle services to nearby attractions and can arrange taxis for guests without vehicles.

What is the best time of year to visit?
The East Cape of Cabo enjoys beautiful weather year-round. November to April offers cooler temperatures (70-85°F/21-29°C) with little rainfall, while May to October is warmer (80-95°F/27-35°C) with occasional rain showers. For surfing, the best conditions are typically from June to August.
Are children welcome at Nest Baja?
Yes, we welcome guests of all ages. However, please note that some of our wellness programs and activities are designed for adults.
Are pets allowed?
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets, with the exception of service animals.
What is your smoking policy?
To maintain our commitment to clean air and the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted in cottages or indoor public areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Is tipping customary?
Tipping is at your discretion. If you wish to recognize exceptional service, a gratuity of 15-20% is customary in Mexico.
